Our client is one of the global leaders in the Healthcare sector. The business has presence in more than 100 countries with close to 100,000 employees worldwide.
Based in Manila, the role leads a team of around 10 and provides full HR support to the Philippines operations. The total population is about 700 in different business units. Ensuring efficient delivery of HR services to meet different business needs in the different business units would be one of the key objectives of this role. The organisation is looking for a strong HR leader who can help drive cultural changes, is strong in stakeholder management and influencing skills, and has experience around standardisation and process improvement. A good coach and a good leader is needed to help the organisation uplift the team.
We are looking for a solid HR generalist/business partner who has broad HR experience. You should have strong track record of succeeding in complex and highly matrixed organisations, with substantial experience in process improvement and people management. You would also need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
