The Role

This role will be based in Hyderabad, India. In a matrix environment this role will report directly to the Global TA Head in the U.S. and will initially be leading a small team which will grow. This team will  bring the best people into the business and further develop the very strong culture they have in the business. It’s an interesting and complex business and the role will be very business focused, forming an essential part of the talent strategy in the geography, whilst supporting the effectiveness of the group approach globally. Essential areas of focus will be workforce planning, further development of the EVP, leadership of a growing team, talent development and pipelining internally and externally and of course ultimately in ensuring the most appropriate talent at all levels join the organization.  

The Individual

Ideally, you will come from a Technology or Services background and have strong in-house experience and possibly with agency experience in the past. A strong overview of the region from a geographic perspective will also be essential, and you will need to have worked as part of a truly international business. Previous leadership experience would be a real advantage, given there will be s small team that is expected to grow considerably. Ideally you will be in Hyderabad currently or open to returning to the area.
