The Company

This organisation is well-known in the manufacturing industry and is a multinational market leader, known for its innovation and quality. The company has a track record of strong financial performance and is currently looking for a new Senior Rewards Lead to join their team.

The Role

You will be interacting with senior leaders to advise on policies and procedures relating to all things rewards-related including salary grading, merit allocation, pensions etc. This role is also involved in aligning benefits and pensions across the business, particularly looking at how to streamline the benefits program. There may be some flexibility on location, with Zurich or Basel as a possibility.  

The Individual

The person we are seeking should have deep Rewards experience within progressive and complex multinational company environments, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Exposure to due diligence, mergers & acquisitions is preferred. As a senior Compensation expert, you will be comfortable working in a multinational environment, ideally across different industries.
