We are delighted to be working with a global organisation in the healthcare sector. They operate in around 100 locations with close to 20,000 employees worldwide.

The Role

Based in Shanghai, this position will lead the regional Compensation & Benefits function to define and deliver the C&B strategy for the Region, including salary, incentive plans, reward and recognition programs, pensions and other benefits. You will represent the needs of the Region to the Group Center of Expertise (CoE) and collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide a seamless service to the business. This a strategic role, thus requires someone who is able to work across multiple business and functional divisions with strong influencing capability.  

The Individual

We are looking for a C&B specialist with proven track record of leading a compensation and benefits function in a complex multi-national organization. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations. Experience with fast-paced growing organisations will be critical as growth is the main focus of the business.
