This organization focuses on providing high quality specialty products to industrial and consumer marketplace. It has a strong affiliation with a company that has, at its core, a historical tradition of innovation and scale. Recently, it has repositioned its structure to move forward strategically in order to better address its business growth strategy. This role will be based in the Greater Philadelphia area.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, this role will play a critical part in the design, implementation, and management of all end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives. These include developing and communicating the talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, sourcing, and local talent market assessment. He or she will also need to assess operational efficiencies with existing internal processes and establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the overriding strategy. This individual will also work closely with talent management and HR partners to build talent pipeline and assess build vs buy planning.  

The Individual

The successful candidate will possess experience building and leading a talent acquisition function within a fast-paced and commercially driven global industrial organization. The candidate must be able to understand and demonstrate innovation within the talent acquisition space and convert its activities as key drivers to a business. Global responsibility is highly preferred, however a strong Americas regional background could potentially fit.
