With a new CHRO hired in 2016, there has been a review of the Centers of Excellence model and structures at this Global Services organization. To bring a more collaborative and overarching strategy to workforce planning, the CHRO has decided to integrate the Talent, Learning and Resourcing functions under the guidance of a single Director of Talent. This role will be based in New York and carry global responsibility.

The Role

Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead the design and delivery of the integrated global talent strategy. This will include all aspects of Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. Key early deliverables will be to source SVP level talent across key corporate functions, build a robust leadership development program aimed at the top 200 Executives across the organization followed by a review and likely revamp of succession planning and HIPO identification strategies. This is a highly matrixed organization and as a sole contributor you will work closely with regional HR leaders and Shared Services to ensure that processes link seamlessly across the organization and the quality of data derived from operational processes is of high quality and measurable.  

The Individual

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in designing and rolling out global talent strategies within a highly matrixed environment. Tenure gained within the Services industry is essential due to the customer centric nature of the business. You will have a proven record of accomplishment in enhancing training and development for all levels of employees including job-specific, managerial, leadership development and training. You will also demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Resourcing strategies and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. First-rate communication skills are a prerequisite. Above all, you must thrive within a change environment and be adept at building consensus.
