We are working with this global organisation to identify a Global Executive Compensation Lead. This is a newly created role in a company that is a market leader in its field with a diverse product range and a very strong European history. The organisation is well established and known not only for the quality of its products and strong business ethics, but also for its ongoing focus on people initiatives.

The Role

This position will report to the VP of Rewards, and is responsible for helping transform Executive Compensation following a major transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to help design a new and innovative approach to executive compensation. Located in Amsterdam, the role will require excellent facilitation and people skills and the ability to work within a multicultural and rapidly changing environment. The role will be HQ or corporate focused and cover markets across both mature and growth markets and will need to work seamlessly with other rewards, HR and business colleagues across the business. This position will initially be a twelve months contract with a very strong likelihood of going permanent after this period.  

The Individual

The individual we are seeking will have a very strong track record in executive compensation and rewards. Strong commercial acumen will be important, and the ability to work with multiple people in a complex environment is most critical. Previous M&A experience would be a strong advantage. We are looking for a bright but pragmatic and practical individual who can apply ‘commonsense’, in-line with either extensive experience in this area or with some dedicated exposure.
