Our client is a prestigious Hong Kong based hospitality conglomerate with around 20,000 employees in the Greater China region. This role will report to the Senior HR Business Lead for Greater China. Based in Hong Kong, the role will oversee a population of 1,300 employees.
The role will be responsible for leading the HR Business Lead team for one of the business units providing the full spectrum of HR activities including developing talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement programmes. This business unit mainly focuses on catering and services, and the total population is around 5,000 of which 4,000 are part-time employees. From a talent acquisition perspective, the key will be to monitor advertising channels, manage social media platforms, and strengthen employer branding.
We are looking for an individual with a nice blend of talent acquisition and business partnering experience. Strong interest in technology is a big plus and having a hospitality industry background would be beneficial.
