Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role will serve a strategic role for one of the fast-growing business units in South East Asia. The client group is largely commercial and corporate with some overlapping responsibilities for manufacturing staff. This role will work closely with business leaders in organisation capability development to drive tremendous growth in the region. Key focus areas will be on leadership development, talent management, and organisational design. You will have a direct team to manage, but also be part of a broad matrix community.
The successful candidate should have solid HR business partnering experience across the region. You should possess strong learning agility and leadership capability to drive change. Past working experience in complex and matrix organisations will help you to succeed in the role. Ideally, you should have some experience working in the consumer sector or other fast-paced industries like hi-tech.
