The Company

With a long successful history, our client is a leading global manufacturer with revenues of more than US$5 Billion. Committed to providing the highest quality of service along its supply chain the business continues to strive for operational excellence and is therefore upgrading their Business and HR functions globally. We are looking for a Global HRIS Manager to lead a global team through a period of positive change and oversee the final stages of implementation of a cloud based HRIS. This role will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina and will require limited global travel.

The Role

Reporting into the Global Director HRIS & Shared Services, you will manage a global team of HR Data Analysts and HR Operational Managers to enable the business to build further effectiveness in their people analytics during the transition to SuccessFactors. As a skilled and experienced manager, you will work closely with your team on projects and day to day activities to ensure delivery within defined service level agreements. Leveraging relationships with the COE leads to generate a flow of quality data and analytics as the organization moves towards global HR self-service technology.  

The Individual

The successful individual will be familiar working within a fast-paced highly matrixed multinational and have previously managed a global team. Previous working knowledge of SuccessFactors will be essential and broader knowledge of other Human Capital systems desirable. Above all, this individual will need to bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
