To be based in Egypt, a first-class Regional Directorship position for the country has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the executive management team and will need to work closely with differing teams of stakeholders, getting to know them quickly and with a degree of savviness.
At least 10 years of HR generalist experience will be required, which will ideally have an emerging markets bias, in addition to some industry insight in to medical goods and the world of pharmaceuticals. A broad suite of general change management skills will be required, namely proven competence in system implementation, employee management and efficient ramp-up.
