The Role

Reporting into the Country CEO and heading up a team of four, the Country Head of HR will have the  overall responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating human resource management activities in line with business goals. The successful HR leader must be able to balance strategic business partnering and operational HR within a fast paced and highly complex organisation. With strong business acumen and commercial mindset, this role will act as a trusted counsel and coach. In addition to the country responsibility, there will also be a balance of global and regional best practice to implement as well as plenty of opportunities to influence and improve local practices.  

The Individual

With over 15 years of human resources experience and a proven track record in acting as a strategic business partner with senior executives, this role will operate both strategically and hands-on when needed in a fast-paced environment. In order to excel in this role, the successful HR leader must work effectively in a highly-matrixed organisation across all levels and possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills in a high performance culture.
