We are representing a multinational company that designs and builds electrical systems and provides services for the aerospace, defence, transportation and security markets. They have over 60,000 employees worldwide, are headquartered in Europe and have an annual revenue of over US$11 billion. This role will be based out of Tokyo.
This HR lead will actively contribute towards business strategy, delivery and ensure the alignment of the HR strategy across the business. The role will ensure the effective deployment of Global HR policies and processes (Annual Activity Discussions, Professional Development Discussions, People Reviews, Annual salary review, Training plan, Branding and attractiveness). This role will also coach, support and mentor managers and employees and support the notion of continuous improvement practices. This is a full HR Generalist position. This role will cover Japan, as well as Taiwan and Korea.
We are looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience in HR Business Lead roles, combining HR Business Leading and HR operations. Proficiency in English and Japanese with experience of large MNC and matrix organizations is desired. This person needs the ability to act as a supportive partner to the business while at the same time be a team player keen to perform through cooperation. We are also looking for good communications skills and personal drive/leadership.
