We are working with a well-known, global retail organisation who are looking for an individual to lead their Talent function incorporating Talent Acquisition. This role will report to the CHRO and as it is newly created, there is scope to shape the position around the right individual.
Based in London, this role requires the individual to lead the group wide Talent Management cycle as well as refocus Talent Planning. The individual will be responsible for the talent strategy, as well as the operational management of the function and broader Recruitment function. With a small team of specialists to manage, this individual will also do 20-30% travel and have a larger team across Talent Acquisition.
We are looking for a Senior HR Professional who has broad exposure to Talent, as well as strong foundations in General HR and Recruitment. Experience in the retail industry is ideal as well as strong leadership skills and proven track record leading a group level function within a global business. Previous exposure restructuring and upgrading talent processes in a large matrix organisation would be useful.
