Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, this role will report to the APAC Managing Director. You will support some key Asia operations with interesting challenges around HR strategy, performance management, organisational development, effectiveness and change. You will also drive the direction of the compensation & benefits elements in the region.
Preferably you will have solid HR leadership experience with an international mind-set coupled with multi-national company experience. You will think ‘high level’ but at the same time be able to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You will be proficient and comfortable working with senior executives with excellent communication skills.
