The Role

To be based in Dubai, a first-class Regional Business Lead position for the country has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing teams of stakeholders, getting to know them quickly and with a degree of savviness.

The Individual

At least 10 years’ HR generalist experience will be required, which will ideally have an emerging markets bias, in addition to some industry insight in to the medical goods and world of pharma. A broad suite of general change management skills will be required, namely, proven competence in system implementation, employee management and efficient ramp-up.
