Our client is one of the most prestigious names in Financial Services across the Middle East. Expansion plans are underway in the Talent team to further support the growing frontline business. This has necessitated the hire of a highly experienced Learning & Development leader.

The Role

A senior, strategic, UAE-based opportunity has arisen to re-define and lead the Development function. Responsibility for tracking the talent pool, measuring and accelerating development needs and working closely with all executive stakeholders will be at the core of the role.  

The Individual

The individual will report directly into the Global Head of Talent and will require a demonstrable background in visionary, creative work. The function needs to be re-worked and re-designed, whilst winning the confidence of the senior business leaders.
