The Company

Our client is a global consumer goods company with an expansive outlook for the next three years. As part of an internal change in the HR team there is now the opportunity to join as the HR Director for Germany based in Frankfurt, Germany.

The Role

The Director of HR for Germany will report to the Europe Head of HR and have a joint reporting line to the Germany business Managing Director. The role has a direct team of 12 plus CoE support across talent, reward and recruitment. Due to the diverse range of activity within Germany, the positions will oversee HR for manufacturing, sales, development and logistics.  

The Individual

You should be an HR leader who has deep Consumer goods experience with exposure to manufacturing through to sales. The business plans to be acquisitive, grow organically and allow HR to drive effectiveness where needed. Managing a P&L for HR in Germany plus a sizable team is critical. German language skills are required for this position.
