Headquartered in North America, the APAC region remains one of the most exciting and fastest growing geographies, boasting a highly skilled employee demographic within a highly competitive sector.

The Role

Based in Hong Kong, this critical appointment will report directly to the APAC CEO and will represent HR in the regional EXCO. Regarded as the thought leader on all people/talent related aspects, enabling this high-performing organization, you will act as the trusted advisor to the business leaders and provide expert advice and guidance on business transformation to ensure that the growth strategy is achieved. You will lead and mentor a highly capable regional team of HRBP’s and CoE leads.  

The Individual

The successful role holder will bring significant HR Generalist experience, combined with expertise in designing and driving business transformations and all related OD aspects. It is essential that you are comfortable with ambiguity, bring a good sense of humor and can roll-up your sleeves in getting things done within an entrepreneurial environment. For this appointment, we will consider HR leaders with expert knowledge of the APAC region, combined with international exposure. Mandarin language skills are preferred due to the sizeable operations across mainland China.
