We are pleased to be working with our client who is a leading financial services and banking organisation, with a footprint in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, North America and Latin America. They are looking for a Global Head of HR Workforce Planning Analytics to report into the Global Head of Analytics, to be based in London.
We are looking for someone who can take data and turn it into tangible business insights, telling a story to a variety of audiences. You will need to have proven expertise of working with large data sets comprising of both structured and unstructured data, and have a strong understanding of data management principles. This role will require linking the HR data to talent and workforce planning, and moving towards predictive analytics.
To be successful in this role, you will need a track record in HR analytics, data management or talent analytics. Be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with complexity in a large, matrix organisation, and communicate with a number of stakeholders within the business. Having an innovative mindset on the future of analytics in the people and workforce space will be beneficial.
