The Role

The Vice President of HR plays a pivotal role in supporting the functional and business heads by providing strategic and operational advice. As Business Partner, you will advise and support broad areas including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management and Change Management, working in tandem with specialists and CoE teams. You will be part of project initiatives to improve HR processes and policies. As a member of the HR leadership team, you will closely support development of the HR strategy to drive engagement and collaboration.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business drivers and demonstrated ability to deploy HR advice and solutions towards corporate objectives. Your ability to manage and influence stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You will also be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and amidst transformation.
