The Company

Our client is a global leader of supply chain and logistics, headquartered in Europe with operations that span across all regions of the world. The business operates in 25 locations worldwide, with more than 50,000 employees globally. We are helping the organisation to appoint a new Country Head of HR to be based in Istanbul.

The Role

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner for cluster/country Managing Director and executives concerning all HR related issues. You will report to the Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Regional HR VP Southern Europe. There will be a number of direct reports and numerous stakeholder relationships to manage across the business.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience. You will ideally be a solid generalist with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of local labor legislations in Turkey.
