The Role

You will play an advisory role as a learning business partner to a client group, ensuring that you understand business goals and the capabilities needed. You will also be the subject matter expert for leadership development, responsible for the design of leadership programs that will instill and inspire action.   

The Individual

We are looking for an L&D specialist who has a good grounding in business. You are innovative and experienced in designing and developing leadership and related programs/curriculum. You are confident, present well and are able to engage senior business and HR leaders.
