This role is based at one of the highly recognized financial institutions within the Tokyo market. The business has a stable presence and a culture that allows for work-life balance. This firm has a localized approach to the business and will continue to maintain its presence while changing as its industry evolves.
This right person will need to orchestrate and execute HR Strategy and foster delivery to one of the most strategic business units. Talent management and succession planning through strategic HR planning is key for this role. The delivery of clear guidelines and listening and anticipating the needs from the entire HR team for the business unit will be key.
Driving implementation of HR processes and accountability through clear guidance is needed from this individual. Solid communication with BU Heads, HR Director and overseas counter parts is key to success. Someone with financial services knowledge would be a plus.
