The Company

Our client is a major FMCG company with global operations. With a significant presence in APAC, the business is looking for an experienced TA leader to join their regional team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC and with a dotted line into the VPHR APAC, this is both a hands on and highly strategic position. AS part of the global recruitment leadership team, you’ll partner closely with the International Head of Talent Acquisition to influence and align global strategies, as well as focusing on the design and development of internal processes and capabilities to attract the best talent into the business across the region. This position takes responsibility for hiring of hiring key leadership roles as well as acting as a business partner to senior HR and business stakeholders. Take responsibility for optimizing regional recruitment capabilities by attracting, developing and retaining a diverse team of engaged and highly qualified Talent Acquisition professionals across key regional geographies.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader, preferably with previous experience in large, commercial MNCs. You will have experienced growth and change environments, possess great communication skills and be able to operate effectively in an international environment. You will need strong influencing skills and interpersonal sensitivity that will foster effective cross cultural and geographical partnerships. Proficiency with ATS and broader relevant technologies will be a significant advantage.
