A world leader in the Consumer industry, our client operates in more than 30 countries globally. With revenues exceeding USD 6 billion, Asia Pacific is a key growth market for its investment in production and innovation.

The Role

This is an exciting role with a successful global company and Indonesia is identified as a key growth market. Based in Bandung, the Country HR Director is responsible for three production sites with plans to grow organically and by acquisition. There are plans to expand from manufacturing to commercial operations. The key priority now is to transform the HR team with a focus on business partnering. Reporting to the Asia Pacific HR Director, there is full autonomy to rebuild and sharpen the HR function in Indonesia. This role will provide support to plant management across all people issues.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience with a multinational companies. You will have an international outlook and proven ability in shaping and managing a progressive HR team that effectively serves as business partners to the leaders. With a transformation and driving agenda, you will need strategic thinking skills, the ability to communicate well, strong results-orientation and stakeholder management.
