This role will be based in Taipei. You will lead a team and responsible for all HR functions in Taiwan. Apart from Taipei’s sales office which consists of 90% of the employees, there is also an R&D centre in Kaohsiung. This role requires a competent person who has in-depth knowledge about Taiwan’s HR laws and regulations. Reporting to the APAC HRD in HK, you will need to work closely with the Taiwan MD and business leaders to provide them with HR solutions for the business.
This role requires a solid HR professional who can manage all the functions across HR. You will need to be equipped with strong business acumen and communications skills. You will need to support leaders on all people aspects and need to have strong influencing skills and the ability to coach leaders. A mature, motivated, organised and independent professional will succeed in this position.
