The Company

An international manufacturing business with a strong presence in Asia. This role will be based in Singapore reporting to the VP of HR. You will have APAC regional business partnering oversight with responsibilities across additional international geographies (including U.S.) where the business continues to develop.

The Role

The International HR Business Lead will be responsible for supporting and driving HR strategies and developing strong working relationships with key senior stakeholders internationally. This role engages with key business leaders internationally to address HR needs through identifying, proposing and implementing HR action plans. This individual needs to be proactive in identifying future needs and devising suitable HR strategies and processes accordingly and ensuring successful implementation internationally. You’ll work very closely on key change projects with the VP of HR.  

The Individual

This individual needs to be a well-rounded HR Business Lead with extensive generalist grounding in matrixed multinational organisations and requires strong business acumen. Stakeholder management ability and relationship management skills will be key to the success of this position. Given the continued growth and development of the business internationally, this individual needs to be capable of functioning successfully in a complex change environment. Someone with employee relations and project management skills will be key and the ability to influence and coach a diverse senior stakeholder group internationally, will be crucial to success.
