Our client is a multinational consumer goods company, headquartered in New Zealand with operations that span across all regions of the world. The business has over 100 locations worldwide, with more than 15,000 employees globally. We are helping the business to appoint a new HR Director CAMEA to be based in Dubai.

The Role

As HR Director CAMEA, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR across 18 countries in the Central Asia, Middle East and Africa region. This role requires a competent person who knows the Middle East and Africa regions well, has a strategic mindset with strong business acumen. The role reports directly to the Managing Director with a dotted line reporting into the Global Head of HR. There will be a team of direct reports across the region and numerous stakeholder relationships to manage across the business.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with extensive geographic experience across Central Asia, Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of HR experience. The incumbent will be a true business partner who has a strong ability to work with global teams in a matrix environment. Strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
