Working closely with the business, this individual will help to define the Organisational Capability Framework. Through team and functional leadership there will be a focus on shaping the organisation’s culture, people experience, people engagement, and identifying performance and development needs. This role will be located in London, United Kingdom.
This individual will need to be able to deal with high degrees of ambiguity. They will need to be flexible in their thinking as well as be pragmatic. Working closely with stakeholders, they must be able to manage these relationships. To be successful in this role, this person will need to have experience in Organisational Effectiveness, Culture, Change and Capability Development. Whilst this subject matter expertise is important they must be able to turn the theory into practical and business focused solutions.
