This global leader has an extensive history within the consumer industry and has continued growth through a number of strategic acquisitions. Our client is looking for an EMEA Total Rewards Lead to join their growing team.
Based in London, you will be responsible for managing the rewards framework for the region to attract, motivate and retain top talent within the company. The role will take the lead in managing key Rewards projects supporting businesses in EMEA and the day-to-day deliverables in addition to playing a pivotal role in delivering seamless C&B support to multiple businesses and functions across the geography.
The person we are seeking should have deep Rewards experience within progressive and complex multinational company environments, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG setting. Exposure to due diligence and mergers & acquisitions is preferred. HR experience outside of Rewards would be ideal, and some HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience would be particularly desirable.
