The Company

Our client is a leading multinational corporation in the technology industry with significant presence in Taiwan which has been one of its key markets in Asia Pacific. As the Taiwan site draws extra attention from the group, we are helping the business to appoint a Taipei based Country Head of Talent Acquisition.

The Role

Reporting into the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage a Recruitment Process Outsourcing team and will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function for Taiwan. The hiring volume for Taiwan is around 150 to 200 per year and the role can be expanded to cover the management trainee program as well as leadership development initiatives. Making sure the country level recruitment strategy aligns with the region, the position will work very closely with global and regional teams.  

The Individual

The successful candidate should have around eight years of experience in talent acquisition. A nice blend of in-house and agency experience is preferred, but it is not a must. You should have led a small team and a sizeable recruitment function previously. Strong communication skills are required for the role.
