As the China HR Business Lead, you will support managers in the delivery of key, global HR programs/processes like annual reviews, performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, leadership and talent management. Additionally, you will coach and develop line managers around HR policies and processes, integrate people management into the business strategy and drive collaboration within APAC HR/Global HR in order to provide excellent HR service delivery for Greater China Clients. This position will report to the Head of HR, Greater China and work very closely with business leaders.
The person should have a minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, strong business acumen, the ability to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders and be hands-on. He/she should have the ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive initiatives and implement solutions in a dynamic way. He/she needs to be a self-starter with a strong results-orientation and strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) with a degree.
