The Role

Reporting directly to the VP of HR, the Associate Director will provide operational and strategic HR business partnership to a global client group. Partnering closely with the business stakeholders, responsibilities will focus on aligning the people strategy with the business imperatives and delivering HR support both directly and through the COEs. A generous relocation package will be offered.  

The Individual

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who brings a blend of experience from blue chip global organizations, together with some time spent in more entrepreneurial, mid-sized environments, within the Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Bio Technology sectors. A track record supporting an R&D, Scientific, Engineering and/or Technology employee base will be highly advantageous. A second language would be useful but not essential. Overall the business is seeking an individual who can influence and build relationships with a consultative and analytical approach.
