The Role

Reporting to the VP, Global HR Business Partners, this role will be responsible for implementing and managing HR programs in Japan and across the globe. The ideal person would have a technology (or related) background and a proven track record in developing and delivering creative business solutions. Proven expertise in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, training, employment legislation and compensation and benefits is required.  

The Individual

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese. You will be an innovative, self-starter needing low level management and attention to perform day-to-day responsibilities. Excellent time management skills, committed to achieving results, with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure will be critical to this role.
