This is a exciting and progressive organisation, with open thinking. This role will be based in Milan, Italy.

The Role

This role will report directly to the CHRO, with peers across Talent, OD and Learning. Leading the Rewards team in Italy and globally including elements of Shared Services and with ownership for the full rewards responsibility this is an exciting position with a huge amount of stakeholders to manage. This is an extremely complex yet exciting and very unique type of opportunity.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with significant international Rewards leadership experience within a highly matrixed business. Ideally, you will have had exposure to FMCG, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Operations with exposure to both working in a region and the corporate HR organisation. For the right person this organisation is extremely pragmatic and open minded on industry. Other language skills will be an advantage, but Italian and English are essential and there will be some travel involved.
