The Company

This multinational consumer goods organisation is well-known for it’s strong commitment to HR excellence. As a result of recent transformations across the wider business, the organisation is now looking for a dynamic new HR leader to bring expertise to one of their most important regions.

The Role

In this Paris based role, you will have exposure to both local, regional and global teams, business partnering with management and developing teams across a number of sites and entities within your remit. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development and other HR programs, as well as working with group HR to implement a collaborative HR strategy across the region.  

The Individual

You will be a strong HR Business Partner, with leadership experience in an MNC environment. You are able to work with the wider business, including a Shared Service center model. You are international in your approach, with strong attention to detail and ability to work as a business partner with internal stakeholders. This role needs proven knowledge of French labour laws, as well as fluent French as must-have requirements.
