To support this journey, it is seeking a seasoned Global HR Director to support key client groups. This role is based in Philadelphia, U.S.
Reporting to VP of Human Resources, the Global HR Director will serve as the primary interface and HR partnership for the R&D leadership team, and staff. The role will manage an end-to-end HR infrastructure that includes talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and mobility initiatives. You will also work closely with high level stakeholders to problem solve and support business growth. Key will be to build platforms to address recruiting needs, develop talent management strategies, workforce planning and rewards strategies, and also foster a culture of urgency, collaboration, innovation and rigor in the R&D business.
He or she will demonstrate experience partnering with senior executives through large-scale organization changes in R&D, medical, pharmaceutical, and/or biotech organizations. The individual will excel in ambiguity and embrace change and innovation at every turn. It is essential to build trust with all levels and demographics of employees and stakeholders, not just leadership.
