Based in Singapore, this position will lead the regional compensation & benefits function to define and deliver the C&B strategy for the region, including salary, incentive plans, reward and recognition programs, pensions and other benefits. You will represent the needs of the region to the group center of expertise and collaborate with HR business partners to provide a seamless service to the business. This a strategic role, thus require someone who can work across multiple business and functional divisions with strong influencing capability.
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits specialist with a proven track record of leading a C&B function in a complex multi-national organization. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations. Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions will be a strong plus, including due diligence, integration planning, executing, and merging of philosophies.
