This role will lead the business as it continues to grow which means strategic organisation development and leadership development will be key. Managing an HR team of seven locally with strong matrix reporting in the region so balancing relationships among stakeholders will be key. Additionally, it will be important to apply needed HR policies and solutions that are both innovative and creative to keep up with the business needs.
Strong communication is needed to be effective while working within the APAC region, as well as locally to prove credibility and influence amongst other leadership members. The speed of the business also demands need for multi-tasking across multiple HR projects. Need to be a mentor to other HR employees as the demands of HR increase throughout the expansion of the business.
