Our client is a public company and a leading global consumer goods organization with products that are household names. With a strong family of brands, it controls a significant share in its niche market. Recently, the company has embarked on a relocation of the business from coast to coast, creating a unique opportunity to play an integral role in the transition. In addition, the company is undergoing a major implementation of its HRIS system, and will require hands on compensation input to support the core module of the system. This role is based in Manhattan, New York.
Reporting to the Regional Director, Total Rewards & Mobility and working closely with Regional Total Rewards team, you will support a variety of projects that include market analysis, job grading, and expatriate administration. You will also lead the documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and work with Regional HR Directors on process review as required.
We are looking for an independent, high energy individual who can progressively take on new challenges within the compensation role to eventually progress in to a future leadership position. We need to see strong technical knowledge of compensation systems, project management, and analytical skillsets in producing and analyzing reports. This role would suit an individual who thrives in an environment with a high degree of autonomy as an individual contributor, and reacts well to a challenge.
