This role will provide strategic advice on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), job sizing, and rewards and recognition programs to ensure alignment with corporate HR guidelines and maintenance of internal salary policies. The APAC Head of C&B will also define mobility adaptations needs for the region and manage all related mobility issues to and from the region in coordination with the different HR departments.
Our client is looking for a APAC Head of C&B with experience in managing strategic and operational mobility issues. With rapid expansion in APAC, the ability to manage complex job offers in a large and diverse geography and thinking outside of the box to solve problems would be an advantage. Previous high-level consulting experience including the development and implementation of structural and change management programs would serve you well in this role.
