The Company

We are representing a multinational organisation that covers a wide range of industries including energy, technology and services to the food, industrial, healthcare and hospitality markets. The company is headquartered out of the United States and employs thousands of people around the world. This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Role

Covering Thailand and the Indochina region and focusing on growing capability, pipelines, and engagement, this role will provide Talent & Organisational Development strategies, frameworks, tools and approaches consistent with the company’s goals and broader Human Resources strategies. This role will also leverage a global networked team structure to align the enterprise talent strategy with business unit, region, and function imperatives.  

The Individual

You must have a proven track record in HR, including experience in a talent development specialty role in an international matrix environment, aligning local, regional and global views with Sales or Supply Chain related Talent & Organisational Development matters. You must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into human performance improvement strategies. Our client is also open to HR Generalists with a strong background in Talent Management & Organisational Development.
