The Company

Our client is a large global organisation present in both mature and emerging markets. This organisation has seen significant growth since its beginning and continues to do so, which provides an intense but stimulating environment to work in. We are assisting the business with identifying a strong Talent Acquisition professional to lead a team across a number of locations within the EMEA region.

The Role

You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition programs for the EMEA region for this business unit, including managing a team of recruiters. You will partner with senior HR and business stakeholders and ensure your team has the right skill-set to provide proficient recruitment services that support the ongoing, dynamic needs of the business. Key to success in this role is an ability to work in a high-pressure, fluid environment where business objectives constantly flex to adapt to ever-changing market conditions.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced senior Talent Acquisition specialist with demonstrable success in running efficient recruitment processes in a multinational fast-paced matrixed environment. You will be a proven hands-on leader, able to coach and develop a team ranging in experience and seniority. This role will require some travel, and existing EMEA regional experience is required, additional European languages are an advantage.
