The Company

We are delighted to be working with a leading IT & Services client to help appoint a Head of HR for China. As a key member of a global business unit and a part of the China senior leadership team. This role will be based in Beijing.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing and executing a people strategy for China that enable ambitious growth plans. This role will report into the Global Head of HR with a dotted line to the Managing Director of China. The team is expected to grow in the next few years in order to meet increasing demand. The role will partner with the China leadership team to establish a strong HR team, accelerate growth, enhance the performance of the HR function and business partnering capabilities, as well as drive superior organisational performance.  

The Individual

You should have driven change/transformation and managed company vision and purpose, acting as a real advisor/coach to the business. You should be an HR Director with experience working in a well-developed CoE/HRBP model. Deep experience working as a senior business partner would be an asset in this role. You should have strong business acumen and data sense. The management team is logical and analytical, so data is often used for critical decisions.
