We are delighted to be working with a leading IT & Services client to help appoint a Head of HR for China. As a key member of a global business unit and a part of the China senior leadership team. This role will be based in Beijing.
You should have driven change/transformation and managed company vision and purpose, acting as a real advisor/coach to the business. You should be an HR Director with experience working in a well-developed CoE/HRBP model. Deep experience working as a senior business partner would be an asset in this role. You should have strong business acumen and data sense. The management team is logical and analytical, so data is often used for critical decisions.
