We are excited to be working with a global insurance company, looking for an individual to lead its Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development for United Kingdom and Ireland. This role will be based in London.

The Role

In this role, you will lead a Learning Development and Talent Management team, with 4 direct reports. You will have responsibility for the development and implementation of the Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development strategies across business and functions within the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus to create a world-class, commercially based workforce capability.  

The Individual

To be successful in this role you will need to have a deep Talent background, ideally in services, consulting or retail industries. You will need to be a go-getter with a strong backbone, able to manage difficult senior stakeholders. Being innovative and having a digital focus are desired qualities.
