The Role

As the China HR Director you will lead the HR function and work with the General Manager and management team to provide HR strategy for the entire organisation. Reporting to the General Manager the role will focus on all areas of Human Resources, providing innovative HR support aimed at increasing productivity and business results. The role requires a strong combination of strategic capabilities, in addition to applying an extremely very hands on approach operationally when needed. Key areas of focus include Talent Management, HRIS, and coaching of managers.  

The Individual

This role requires a strong HR Generalist with experience of working in both structured and entrepreneurial type of environments. You will have demonstrated experience of managing one or more HR projects, particularly in Talent Management and HR Systems set up. Requires capability to foster strong cross functional collaboration, promoting engagement and participation at all levels in the organisation. As this role is based in China, you need to be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
