The role is pitched at a salary banding that will suit an up and comer with between 5-10 years of experience. While you will receive mentoring this role has full HR Director level responsibilities for Singapore. Reporting into the APAC HR Head, the role will provide overall strategic and operational direction for all aspects of HR including business partnering to the Managing Director, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Health & Safety and Training & Development.
You need to be well informed about Singaporean HR policies and labour laws, have a strong foundation in HR operations, exposure to white and blue-collar employees and experience managing a team.
