The Company

We are pleased to be working with a market leader that provides complex services and solutions across all sectors. We are helping to appoint a Bangkok based Head of HR for Thailand to be a key member in the senior leadership team. The business is growing rapidly in Asia and HR is currently undergoing a major organizational change.

The Role

As the Head of HR, you will report to the Managing Director of Thailand who is also based in Bangkok, with the other line to the APAC Head of HR. You will lead a big multi-functional HR team in covering the operations of a sizeable population in Thailand. The successful person will need to be both hands-on and strategic in handling business challenges and the growth strategy. Key focus of this role will be on building upon the overall organizational and people capabilities.  

The Individual

To succeed in this position, we are looking for an experienced HR Head who is proven experience working across large-scale employee populations in complex local or MNC environments. Hands-on expertise in regulations and labour law, coupled with in-depth labour intensive industry experience would be ideal. Someone who has the capability of garnering the respect and trust from stakeholders, is strategic and able to roll-up their sleeves when necessary, is what our client is looking for.
