The Company

Our client is one of the oldest and biggest not-for-profit institutions in Hong Kong. The business enjoys a renowned reputation and has various subsidiaries. We are looking for a high calibre Senior HR Manager for Analytics & Executive Matters. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Manager, this position is responsible for managing the analysis of Club’s human capital trend to identify actionable insights, and building models for workforce planning. The incumbent will perform the analysis to drive HR investments, talent management decisions, and assess the effectiveness of HR programmes and initiatives to help align these with the changing business needs of the Club. This role will provide consultation on executive matters to senior executives and HR and is responsible for the administration of the Club’s executives.  

The Individual

The successful candidate should have experience of analysing data, identify issues and trends and interpreting results for recommendation coupled with the knowledge of legislative and tax requirements. Previous experience in HR consulting would be considered an advantage. He/she should also have experience in providing HR business partnering support on senior executive matters and be able to work at both a tactical and operational level. This position will be leading a team of around five people.
